Assignment# 2022-E-0029 and 2022-E-0030: Retainer Agreement to provide various facets of Engineering Survey Services, such as field surveys, office calculations, drafting, plan production, data processing and research etc. covering the entire central region area.
There will be no EOI posting for this Request for Proposal Submission. The RFP submission for this assignment will be done in two separate phases: Phase 1 - Project Staffing and Organizational Structure, and Phase 2 - Tehcnical and Financial Proposal. The two parts combined with all required and mandatory documents will form the RFP agreement.
Interested firms, who meet the qualifications listed in the project notice, including approved in the prime specialty listed, may submit a phase I proposal for the above noted project. Also, a firm must have prior approval of their core plan and generic category plan for the category where the prime specialty is located. Firms that do not meet the qualifications specified above will be disqualified from further consideration.
The Ministry will complete its evaluation of the Phase I proposals as outlined in the Terms of Reference (TOR) and will shortlist firms who will be invited to submit Phase II proposals.
Based on the Phase II proposal evaluation, the Ministry will select 2 firms who will be identified as the preferred proponent to undertake the work and will be asked to complete the Legal Terms and Conditions submission in response to this RFP.
Failure to submit by the date and time indicated, or failure to submit the required copies in the required format will result in disqualification.
