DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
Rental of Event Tent and Accoutrement Package for Retail and Conference Services at the Miller Lash House at the University of Toronto Scarborough.
Rental Agreement for Event Tent - 40’ x 80’ Arch Top White Clearspan Structure and Accoutrement Package. The Proponent will be responsible for the supply, delivery, and complete installation of the brand new tent and its support structure. The labour and materials of any pre-installation works (including but not limited to underground utilities locates and permit(s) or alterations to make the proposed site suitable) will be the responsibility of the successful proponent.
Miller Lash House, Retail and Conference Services, requires an event tent for special events, such as weddings and corporate events.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
