This assignment is to provide services for Bridge Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Drainage and Hydrology Engineering on retainer for Provincial Highways Structures. This project will incorporate various smaller assignments. The assignments will be negotiated with the retainer consultant on an as-needed and individual basis.
