The Coordinating Entity is conducting research to gain a greater understanding of the current market and service offerings for Point of Care (POC) Blood Analyzers used primarily as laboratory analyzers in low volume rural laboratories, as back up instruments in sites that do not have a backup analyzer, and in Shared Health supported POC settings. Information provided by Respondents will assist with determining final requirements and the best course of action for the acquisition of an acceptable solution.
