Description of Procurement
The University is conducting a Request for Proposal for organizations experiences in designing and provider a conversational AI Chat Bot experience.

The submissions will not be opened publicly.

- Technical Written Evaluation (Minimum Passing Score Required)
- Presentation / Demonstration for top 3 vendors
- Cumulative Price + Technical Score for Final Rankings
- Highest ranked invited to submit responses to Privacy / Security / Accessibility questionnaires.
