1.            DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK

The Work includes all that is required for natural gas regulation station upgrades, modifications and line heater installations at various locations throughout southern Manitoba. Detailed requirements can be found in the Request for Service document and the design drawings.

Request for Services

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:

Manitoba Hydro will review submitted Proposals for compliance with the following mandatory criteria:

a) A Qualified Supplier with an effective Framework Agreement for Natural Gas Regulation Station Framework Agreement.
b) The fabrication facility shall be located in Manitoba.

Proposals that do not comply with all the mandatory criteria as of the Proposal Close will, subject to the express and implied rights of Manitoba Hydro, be disqualified and not evaluated further.
