This RFP is an invitation by the Purchasing Organization on behalf of EORLA to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of Goods and Services as per Appendix A subject to the terms of this RFP.
EORLA has the following objectives in issuing the RFP:
      1. To identify a supplier for the provision and delivery of a Digital Pathology software solution (viewer, image management software (IMS), image storage, and image analysis tools) as further detailed in this RFP;
      1. To identify a supplier for the provision and delivery of Digital Pathology Slide Scanners based on the volumes provided below and that is Health Canada approved and have a proven success record in the health care sector.
      1. Achieve the best solution for the needs of EORLA;
      2. Enhance patient safety, patient experience, and improve pathology diagnostic workflow as outlined below:
