The University of Toronto is seeking responses to this RFP from qualified Architects for professional services relating to the design and construction of the Health and Wellness Centre (HWC) at the Koffler Student Services Centre, located at 214 College Street on the St. George campus. The project includes the construction of an approx. 1,000m2 two-storey infill addition above an existing single-storey space, and the renovation of approx. 3,800m2 of existing space.
The successful Proponent will be inheriting the design prepared by the University’s Design & Engineering Department, who advanced this project to late-stage Construction Documents and obtained NOAC prior to being reassigned to other University projects. It must be emphasized that the University is not seeking a redesign of the project.
