    DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
    The University is conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Retail and Residential Food Services Management for the Mississauga Campus
                                                                                                 

    The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

    CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
    The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
    1. University of Toronto Mississauga will be conducting a Proponents Meeting in the form of a Mandatory Site Visit on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 @ 10.00 a.m
      The site visit is mandatory and failure to attend will result in the proposal being declared noncompliant.
       
    2. The University will short-list Proponents. Proponents must achieve a Stage 1 minimum Technical Submission score of 50 Points in order to progress into Stage 2: Financial Submission Evaluation.
