The intent of this assignment is to acquire the services of one (1) consultant to perform a detailed visual inspection of 283 Overhead Sign Support (OHSS) structures in accordance with all applicable standards, and input all inspection data into OBMS, as well as to provide inventory verification of existing and new OHSS structures within MTO Central Region.
