Provision of Managed Service Solution for End User Services

The Government of Manitoba, on behalf of the Buying Group, seeks to identify and select Proponent for provision of a managed service solution for End User services.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Submissions from qualified Proponents for provision of managed service solution for End User Services on behalf of the following:
• Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”); and
• Shared Health (“Shared Health”)

(Collectively referred to as the “Buying Group” and individually as a “Buying Group Member” or “BGM”).

Manitoba, on behalf of BGMs, will enter into a Master Services Agreement (the “Master Services Agreement”) with the Proponent(s) who submits a Proposal that best meets the requirements and interests of BGMs in accordance with the evaluation criteria set out in this RFP. Each BGM will issue a Statement of Work for the provision of the solution. Shared Health’s participation is optional and they may not sign the SOW with the selected Proponent
