    Description
    Proposed equipment must incorporate latest technology and clinical options. Vendors are encouraged to propose a solution that they feel will meet the clinical workflow and need for the Diagnostic Imaging program in the future. Proposals must include detailed descriptions of each clinical option with detailed clinical benefits, envisioned improvement to clinical workflow, and how the solution will add value to the Diagnostic Imaging Program. 

    Drawing packages for the existing Philips Multi Diagnost Eleva equipment installed at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital and Carbonear General Hospital is included the Appendix A and Appendix B. Proposed equipment must be designed to fit the existing available space.

    The proposal must not exceed thirty (30) pages in length, excluding the cover page privacy/confidentiality agreement. One twenty (20) page appendix is permitted; multiple appendices are not permitted.

    Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services will require price protection for equipment for at least four (4) years at the time of contract signature.
