    Description of Procurement
    This Request is for an Augmentation to the University’s Vendor of Record Media Buying Services is an invitation to prospective Proponents for submissions indicating their organization's capability, experience and resources for the provision of Media  Buying Services for Toronto Metropolitan University, as further described in Part 2 - The Deliverables (the "Deliverables").  The University intends to pre-qualify up to two (2) Proponents.

    This RFSQ is being led by Toronto Metropolitan University Relations (“UR”) Department, but may be utilized by other departments within the University as required.

    The Minimum Passing Score is 70% for the Presentation
    Insurance
    1. Commercial General Liability Insurance against third party bodily injury (including death), personal injury and broad form property damage (including loss of use) and including products and completed operations liability and blanket contractual liability for an amount of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence.  Such insurance shall include a cross liability and severability of interests clause and an endorsement naming Toronto Metropolitan University, its governors, trustees, officers and employees as an Additional Insured;
    2. Professional liability insurance including Media Liability for an amount of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per claim, if applicable to the type of Services offered under this Agreement. This insurance policy is required to be maintained throughout the Term of the Agreement and for a period of twenty-four (24) months after the completion of the Services;
    3. Standard automobile insurance (if applicable) for all vehicles owned, licensed or leased by the Supplier and non-owned automobile insurance, where required, for an amount of not less than two million dollars ($2,000,000.00), per occurrence for each type of coverage. Where the non-owned automobile insurance coverage is provided within a general liability policy, a separate policy is not required; and

    WSIB
    A clearance certificate from the Ontario Workplace Safety Insurance Board, or if the Successful Proponent is not subject to the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act (Ontario), evidence of employers’ liability coverage in the amounts set out in the Final Agreement (as applicable)

    Contract Details
    The term of the Final Agreement will expire on February 28, 2025.
