    3. PURPOSE OF THIS NOTICE
    BDC, as per Chapter Five of the Canadian Free-Trade Agreement (“CFTA”) and Chapter 19 of the Canada-European Union (“EU”) Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (“CETA”), is announcing that it that it is undertaking a procurement process for prequalified vendors for the following services: Writing services for Marketing, communication and corporate content.

    Following the Request for Pre-qualifications #RFP-0000180317 for Writing services for Marketing, communication and corporate content, issued on July 24, 2020, BDC plans to fulfill multiple prequalified service requests, during the period of April 1st, 2023 to May 31st , 2023. Documentation related to these requests will be SENT ONLY TO SUPPLIERS SELECTED DURING THE ABOVE-MENTIONED REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATIONS.

    4. CONTACT PERSON
    The person designated below is BDC’s main contact during the procurement process (“BDC Main Contact”), which includes, if any, contractual negotiations. No other individual within BDC team has the authority to respond to vendors unless indicated otherwise by BDC Main Contact: Gilles Magnan, gilles.magnan@bdc.ca.
    Contacting any other BDC employee or any organization associated with BDC regarding this procurement process may result in the disqualification of the vendor.

    5. GOVERNING LAWS
    This procurement process is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec. The parties confirm that it is their wish that this Document, as well as all other documents relating to this procurement process, including all notices, have been and will be drawn up in the English language only. Les parties aux présentes confirment leur volonté que ce Document, de même que tous les autres documents afférents à ce processus d’approvisionnement, y compris tout avis, soient rédigés en langue anglaise.
