2023021FAC - RFSQ - Prequalification of Roofers - uOttawa VOR

This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is an invitation to Pre-Qualify Roofing Contractors for the provision of roofing construction works and services, as described in Article 1.8 Scope of Services of this RFSQ. Prequalification submissions from Proponents will be used to assess their capabilities and qualifications and establish a Roster of Prequalified Roofing Contractors that will comprise the uOttawa VOR Roofers, that may be invited to bid on potential future uOttawa roofing construction works or services similar to those described in this RFSQ. Pending budgetary approvals, the University of Ottawa intends to spend approximately $12M dollars over the next five years on roofing projects.
The five (5) highest scoring Proponents with regards to the evaluation criteria, will be Selected Proponents, however the University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of Selected Proponents based on the overall scoring of the Prequalification Submissions. The University may add Shortlisted Proponents at a later date to potentially supplement the VOR Roster at the University’s discretion.
