Description
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by McMaster University to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a Constituent/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) SaaS solution overseen by the University Advancement team, with usage across our various academic Faculties and units.
The goals of the platform include creating and enhancing online constituent engagement and achieving fundraising success through web content management, marketing communications, online giving, event management, e-commerce, social media integration, texting, calling and personalized video.
The current database is Ellucian Advance Web version 2020. UA migrated to Advance Web version in 2010 from the prior desktop Advance C/S version. Over 264,000 constituent records (alumni, along with other individual, corporate, foundation donors and related entities) are managed currently within the database.
We will be selecting a CRM that best meets the objectives of supporting the needs of our various advancement teams, who are focused on using robust constituent data and predictive analytics to inform strategies and planning.
Aligned with McMaster and UA’s missions, we are seeking to upgrade from our current alumni and donor database to a robust CRM that will service our advancement priorities for years to come, including objectives related to an eventual comprehensive campaign. We are seeking a vendor to provide proposals for a CRM SaaS solution to manage:
Through this RFP process, McMaster and UA plan to have a CRM solution selected, implemented, and live by no later than Fall 2025.
