Description
Project generally consists of construction of a two storey
extension and interior renovations to the existing Aquarena
Sports Facility for the 2025 Canada Games. Demolition of a
single storey addition and interior structures, mechanical and
electrical upgrades within the existing building including
sprinkler systems, dehumidification, switchgear and
distribution systems, structural reinforcement and
architectural upgrades with some abatement to asbestos and
lead paint. Pool equipment upgrades includes replacement
of bulkheads.
