Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Capital Projects Planning and Delivery to prequalified proponents to submit Phase Two of this RFP for Construction Management Services for The Pas Provincial Office Building upgrades and renovations.

A mandatory site visit will be held on June 21, 2023. A chartered flight will be arranged by CPPD with Perimeter Airlines. Further details on flight details will follow via addendum.

Deadline for questions is June 29, 2023. All questions are to be submitted via email to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of Manitoba or CPPD other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.

Submission deadline is July 6, 2023 at 2:00:00 pm local time. Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Bid Submission system. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
