Description
To help achieve energy (electricity and natural gas) savings targets, EM is enlisting a Contractor to deliver a behavioural program that sends personalized Home Energy Reports (HERs) to households in Manitoba. The Contractor will be responsible for day-to-day management of the HERs program (the Program), as well as ensuring a high-value customer experience.
HER programs provide residential customers with reports that illustrate household energy usage patterns and provide personalized and targeted energy saving tips to help reduce energy consumption. Participants household energy usage can be compared to energy usage of similar homes.
