    Description
    The Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology is in preparations to initiate a competitive solicitation for Residence Management. Algonquin College requires a strategic business partner with the experience and expertise to manage the residence facility at the Ottawa campus and run the day-to-day operations of a successful student residence and summer hoteling business. 
    The competition will be completed using a Request for Proposal (RFP). The resulting contract will be for a period of 5 years, commencing May 1, 2024 with the option to extend for a further 5-year period.  An RFP notification will be posted on MERX and the RFP will be posted on BONFIRE on July 12, 2023. A mandatory site visit will take place on July 20, 2023 from 10 am to 12 pm.  The address of the site visit is:  1385 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa, ON K2G 1V8. The meeting room is the Conference Room in Building G. Directions can be pinned at “physical resources, Woodroffe Ave” in Google maps.  You will be asked to sign in upon arrival and MUST arrive prior to 10 am otherwise your attendance will not be registered.
    A pre-registration should be submitted prior to July 19 at 4pm ET via email to royp@algonquincollege.com. Note that only two(2) individuals per company are permitted to attend.
