proponents to submit proposals for Dry and Wet Cleaning Services, as further described in
Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering
the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of
the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The RFP is to select one Supplier to provide dry and wet cleaning services for clothing,
textiles,clinical, and specialty items to sites within Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the
Purchaser to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for one optional term of
two years.
