    Description of Procurement
    The University is conducting a Request for Proposals for mechanical contractor services, including all subcontractors, to complete the upgrade to the ARC workshop dust collector system to comply with Ontario Building Code/TSSA requirements and convert the existing recirculation system to an exterior exhaust dust collection system, as further described in Appendix B.
    The University intends to execute a stipulated price contract, CCDC-2 2020, as amended by the University’s Supplementary Conditions, provided in Appendix E.
    The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

    Contract Details
    The term of the Final Agreement is the completion of the project.
    The successful completion of the Project, which is estimated to be approximately one (1) year and two (2) months.
