Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Marsha Hawthorne, Purchasing Manager/Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON K8A 1A1 or an electronic PDF version emailed to purchasing@pembroke.ca until:
2:00:59 PM, LOCAL TIME, Thursday July 20, 2023
Proposal documents, in a standard paper version, may be obtained from the City of Pembroke Operations Department at the address noted below, free of charge, or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to purchasing@pembroke.ca. Proposal documents will be available for pick-up Thursday, June 29, 2023, during regular office hours (7:30 am to 4:00 pm). Language of proposal submissions is English.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Thursday July 13, 2023.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposals may not necessarily be accepted.
