    Description
    This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective bidders to submit bids for CC-BP-0002-MB-23, The Provision of Safer Sex and Harmful Reduction Products for the Province of Manitoba as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”) for a fixed term of four (4) Years. The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFT and administering the RFT process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFT Particulars (Appendix D). The purpose of this RFT is to establish an Agreement between one or more Selected Bidder (s) and Shared Health and the designated sites to provide the products as outlined in this RFT which may include consignment with the understanding that an invoice cannot be issued for those goods until the goods are used. Bidders are advised that should it be determined that other Sites within the regional health authorities within Manitoba and/or other public entities within the Province of Manitoba will require the same or similar products as outlined in this RFT for the purposes of ensuring compatibility, Shared Health may not issue another competitive bid.
