Algonquin College requires a strategic business partner with the experience and expertise to manage the residence facility at the Ottawa Campus and run the day-to-day operations of a successful student residence and summer hoteling business.
Operations of the residence are deemed to be successful when;
  • A safe, secure, well maintained and clean environment exists
  • There is a positive contribution to student success both socially and academically
  • There is evidence of strong student satisfaction, and
  • Effective operation and management in support of achieving financial targets
