Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection and Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for Manitoba Legislative Building (MLB) Restoration and Preservation Masterplan as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 4) and Scope of Work (Appendix 5) (the “Services”). Manitoba requires a Consultant team of architects and engineers with architectural and engineering conservation and restoration expertise to develop an efficient and effective restoration and preservation master plan for the Manitoba Legislative Building (MLB) located at 450 Broadway Ave, Winnipeg, MB.
An optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 13, 2023 at 11:00 am local time. This will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. Proponents are to register by noon on July 12, 2023 via email to meaghan.hunter@gov.mb.ca.
An optional site visit is scheduled for July 20, 2023 at 9:00 am local time. Proponents are to register by noon on July 19, 2023 via email to meaghan.hunter@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for questions is August 25, 2023. Questions are to be sent only to the RFP Contact via email to cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca.
Submission deadline is September 14, 2023 at 2:00:00 pm local time.  Proposals must be submitted through MERX Electronic Bid Submission System. No other form of Proposal submission will be accepted.
