The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for the provision of Service, Support and Preventative Maintenance for Critical UPS and Power Systems that form part of Western’s IT Infrastructure.
The successful Proponent will work with Western Technology Services (WTS), Network and Data Centre Operations team.

Delivery Date:
Service implemented by a tentative date of late September 2023.
Duration of Agreement:
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of Western to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
