Bidders must quote the entire bid. Partial bids will not be accepted. The entire scope of the project will be awarded to one successful bidder.
The project requires design and production of media and web-based services for a large public health project aimed at identifying and addressing the mental health consequences of COVID-19. The following services will be provided in collaboration with the McMaster Project Team:
- Review of existing research lab website and rebuild of existing website.
- Design, produce and mount to the website the following mental-health specific products to the website that adhere plain language principles and are consumable by a general Canadian audience. Content will be provided by McMaster.
- Infographics (x3) of project data findings provided in English and French
- Integration of infographics and recorded webinars (x 2) onto website.
- Design and produce social media templates that McMaster can use for strategic marketing.
- Design and implementation of social media materials to promote project.
- 10-15 years experience of graphic design in branding and identity. Experience with User Experience (UX) and design for cultural identity will be an asset.
- At least one year of experience with web design for content relating to moral injury and mental health.
- Provide at least 1 brief example of past work that demonstrates knowledge and implementation of trauma-informed processes within the workplace.
- At least five years of experience working with established media corporations (e.g., CBC, New York Times) will be an asset.
- Bidder must confirm they have an existing team in place and be ready to start immediately
