Pembina Trails School Division- Banking Services- RFP 2023-002- ST
Pembina Trails School Division (School Division) is seeking proposals from financial institutions to provide all core banking services, including but not limited to:
Day- to –Day Banking
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Payroll Services
Payment and Deposit Services
Lending
Corporate credit card services to designated School Division employees
Online Banking Platform
Other banking services normally expected such as stop payment, deposit of US currency funds, tracking certified cheques, pre-authorized payments.
The School Division is in Winnipeg, Manitoba and has approximately 16,000 students, about 2,600 employees distributed across 37 schools, and three (3) administrative locations. The annual capital and operating budget is approximately $206 Million Dollars.

The School Division currently does all banking activities with Toronto-Dominion Bank.

Proposal must include all requested price in Schedule C. and any other applicable fees or charges for the duration of the contract.

Term of Agreement: The term will be for a five (5) year period starting from the commencement date of the banking services with the School Division, with the option to renew by mutual agreement, for two (2) additional five (5) year periods.
