This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Electronic Monitoring Devices and Monitoring Services.

Manitoba is seeking to engage a qualified service provider that has the capability, professional services, and proven expertise to plan, provide, manage, install and support and maintain the Electronic Monitoring Devices and Monitoring Services that best meets the requirements set out in this Solicitation.
