The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchasers identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The scope of work covered under this RFP includes:
• Portable Fire Extinguishers (annual inspection, maintenance, and recharges)
• Fire Hose Stations and Cabinets (annual inspection and maintenance)
• Fixed Extinguishing Systems (semi-annual inspections, tests, and maintenance)
Replacement Product (extinguishers, hoses, and replacement parts related to same) are also included in the scope as an option. Purchasers can purchase them from the Supplier, or outside of this contract.
