    DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
    Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the right of way widening of the Pauingassi distribution feeder LG12-2. This Work is to clear the existing corridor of vegetation and expand the ROW to 20M(33ft) wide (10m each side of centerline) via mechanical and hand clearing methods. It will also include clearing of helicopter pads.

    MANDATORY CRITERIA:
    All proposals must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:
    A staged evaluation is being used:
    To proceed to the next stage of the evaluation, Proposals shall score a minimum of 70%. Proposals that do
    not meet threshold will not be evaluated further.
    8.4 If no Proponents meet threshold, Manitoba Hydro reserves the right to lower the threshold by increments
    of 5%.
