OTE Section Retainer
Service provider on retainer will be responsible for simple to complex traffic engineering and traffic signal engineering tasks and deliverables. Assignments may include safety and operation analysis, signal timing development, PHM-125 and staging drawing creation/updates, operational performance reviews, traffic impact study peer reviews, components of contract package compilations, preparation of reports, data collection, etc.
