Description
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary (RNC) to prospective Respondents to submit Quotations for the provision of an Individual  Standing Offer Agreement for Uniform Items as further described in Appendix C – RFQ Particulars (Section A. The Deliverables).

The initial term of the Agreement will be for one (1) year. The Agreement may be extended based on mutual consent of the Province and the Preferred Supplier for four (4) sequential one (1) -year extensions, reviewed each year. The maximum potential duration of the Agreement, including extensions, will be five (5) years.
