    Description
    Project Number: 2024-2010 - The purpose of this project is to widen Highway 400 to include 2 HOV lanes from approximately 1.5 km south of Langstaff Road to 1.5 km north to Major Mackenzie Drive, in the City of Vaughan, in the Regional Municipality of York. The project will also include all associated roadworks and rehabilitation works including all interchanges within the project limits. The scope of work includes:
    • Highway 400 widening for the addition of one HOV lane in each direction (total of 10 lanes; with 2 HOV lanes and 8 general purpose lanes)
    • All associated roadworks to accommodate the widening
    • Rehabilitation of existing Highway 400 lanes, interchange ramps and arterials roads.
