The Provision of AMS for the Manitoba Maintenance Management Program (M3P)

This Request for Proposals  is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services to prospective Vendors to obtain Submissions for the Provision of Application Management Services (AMS)  Support for the Manitoba Maintenance Management Program (M3P)
The successful vendor must work closely with Digital and Technology Solutions (DTS) and Manitoba Justice to provide the following services:

1. Incident, Maintenance, Enhancement and Transition Services for the M3P application. The supplementary document DTS AMS Delivery Model specifies the service model.
2. Incident Services address unplanned interruptions to IT Services or the reduction in quality of IT Services.
3. Transition Services are necessary to support the transfer of the services to the Successful Vendor and includes the completion of the AMS Checklist for ICT AMS Transition. Transition Services may also be required at the end of the agreement term if transition to a new Vendor is necessary.
4. Maintenance Services address on-going maintenance and support of the application. The purpose is to offer appropriate application availability, optimize performance, ensure system security and provide responsive maintenance services.
5. Enhancement Services address adding new functionality within the application and the associated services in doing so.
