La présente demande de prix (la « DP ») constitue une invitation du Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat et ses organismes participants (« CEA FRANCOachat ») aux répondants éventuels afin que ces derniers soumettent leur offre de prix sans engagement pour Gala reconnaissance des employés et des retraités du CEPEO, tel que décrit ci-dessous à la section A des particularités de la DP (Annexe B) (les « produits livrables »).
Le Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) est une organisation qui offre des services partagés en matière d’approvisionnement aux conseils scolaires membres dans la province de l’Ontario.
Ce processus d’approvisionnement concurrentiel est complété pour le compte du / des conseil(s) scolaire suivant(s) :
 
  1. Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario, 2445 boulevard St-Laurent, Ottawa, ON K1G 6C3
Ci-après, le conseil scolaire susmentionné sera nommé « conseil » sauf indication contraire.
Le conseil est à la recherche de fournisseur capable de fournir un service clé en main pour l’organisation annuel du gala de reconnaissance des employés et des retraités au CEPEO.
