Description:
The RFP is an invitation to submit offers for A Software Application Providing Medical and Scientific Illustrations for Publication Purposes.
We are seeking to acquire a site license for a software application that facilitates the creation of medical and scientific illustrations for publication purposes. The desired license should cover 1,000 users, enabling them to create, share, and publish high-quality illustrations with royalty-free publishing rights.
The application ought to be user-friendly and easily navigable for scientists, researchers, faculty, learners, and administrators. Its usage should be complemented by comprehensive training materials and documentation, along with relevant additional training and support services.
Although this RFP is facilitated specifically for the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, other Western faculties or departments may be interested in the services offered in the future. As such, it is expected the successful Proponent to quote the additional cost to provide these services to other Western faculties and departments.
