    Description
    NL Health Services (NLHS) is inviting interested Innovation Partners to submit proposals for the co-development of an Inventory Solution for the Cardiac Cath Lab. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFP, as well as the Public Procurement Act.

    This RFP will incorporate a two-stage bidding procedure. 

    For stage one bidders first submit their proposals, in accordance with the specifications, but without prices. Once the proposals are evaluated, bidders who achieve a core of 80% (56/70 points available in stage 1 evaluation) will be invited to a collaborative information session and those bidders will be expected to provide an oral presentation of their proposed solution.  

    The second stage is to invite bidders to submit price proposals and may include revised proposals based on recommendations discussed during the oral presentation.
