Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) for consulting services: PRO23SO2, Performance & Compliance Safety & Environment Management Systems (SEMS) Standing Offer (SO), British Columbia
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to establish a Standing Offer (SO) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for at various locations in British Columbia.
Services include “as and when required” safety and environmental professional consulting services related to Safety and Environmental Management Systems (SEMS) reviews and updates, directives, and standard operating procedures (SOP) writing, performance and compliance audits and gap analysis.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SO will be for a period of three (3) years with a maximum estimated value of $ 700,000.00. Call-ups under the SO are expected to be valued between $ 75,000.00 and $ 150,000.00; the maximum value of a call-ups under the SO is $ 350,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
