Description
This Request for Standing Offer is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services on behalf of the Buying Group, to prospective Vendors to qualify for eligibility to provide Air Charter Services. Manitoba intends to engage vendors to provide services related to the following subcategories:
  • Subcategory 1: Scheduled Fixed Wing Charter Services 
  • Subcategory 2: Unscheduled Fixed Wing Charter Services
