Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for Various location in the province of Québec.
The Consultant will be required to provide “as and when required” Consultant Services in support of the following types of projects:
.1 Needs analysis and asset assessments;
.2 Development of the strategic concept;
.3 Data analysis and recommendations;
.4 Development of integration solution; and
.5 Close support for the implementation.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFAP Documents.
The SOA will be for a period of one (1) year with a maximum estimated value of $ 300,000.00. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $150,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to three (3) additional one-year periods and increased in the order of $300,000.00 for each additional period. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
