RDP is concurrently inviting offers through an alternate RFP for the provision of retail food service operations, catering services, and enhanced vending, including automated self-serve fresh food and beverage kiosks and micro markets. Historically food services and traditional vending have been managed through separate agreements, and will continue to be separate agreements even in the event that the same proponent is successfully awarded both bids.
Current vending locations and product offerings are identified in Appendix B: Vending Location Floor Plan and Photos. None of the vending equipment is currently owned or operated by RDP; all vending equipment, servicing and stocking of the equipment is done by the current provider. All inventory and locations for vending are pre-approved by RDP, and RDP supplies the utilities as required.
