Category 1
The services required shall be for Project Management required for the delivery of maintenance, new construction or renovation Capital projects having construction value of up to $1,000,000.00 before H.S.T.
Category 2
The services required shall be for Project Management required for the delivery of maintenance, new construction or renovation Major Capital projects having construction value of greater than $1,000,000 before H.S.T.
