La présente demande de prix (la « DP ») constitue une invitation du Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat et ses organismes participants (« CEA FRANCOachat ») aux répondants éventuels afin que ces derniers soumettent leur offre de prix sans engagement pour un service de traiteur – ÉÉP Cité Jeunesse, tel que décrit ci-dessous à la section A des particularité de la DP (Annexe B) (les « produits livrables »). Le Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat (CEA FRANCOachat) est une organisation qui offre des services partagés en matière d’approvisionnement aux conseils scolaires membres dans la province de l’Ontario. Ce processus d’approvisionnement concurrentiel est complété pour le compte du / des conseil(s) scolaire suivant(s) : 1. Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario, 2445 boulevard St-Laurent, Ottawa, ON K1G 6C3 Sauf si indication contraire, le(s) conseil(s) scolaire(s) susmentionné(s) sera / seront nommé(s) « Conseil(s) » sauf indication contraire. Le Conseil est à la rechercher d’un répondant capable d’offrir un service de traiteur du lundi au vendredi à l’école élémentaire publique Cité Jeunesse située au 30 avenue Fullerton, Trenton (ON) K8V 1E4. Le service de traiteur devra inclure une collation du matin et un dîner aux enfants des programmes bambins et préscolaires, ainsi qu'une collation de l'après-midi aux enfants des programmes bambins, préscolaires et parascolaires. L’ensemble des repas devront respecter le guide alimentaire canadien.
