This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Design and Marketing Services for The Transplant Manitoba Campaign, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
The RFP is to select one Supplier to provide design and marketing service including but not limited to the following:

The RFP is to select one Supplier to provide design and marketing service including but not limited to the following:
- Creative development:
- Create innovative content to support the promotion of Manitoba’s online organ and tissue donor registry, signupforlife.ca and raise awareness about organ and tissue donation. Content needs to be designed to educate, inspire and engage Manitobans on multiple levels including print and digital media, as well as the development of promotional items.
- Experience creating healthcare-based information products preferred.
- Proponents will have the right combination of expertise and trained professional staff to execute and mount campaigns from start to finish.
- Media Plan and Market Launch Recommendation:
- Develop a list of suggested marketing tactics designed to achieve key objectives, with accompanying PDF document for review and discussion
- Campaign Activation:
- Art direction and photoshoot coordination
- Media buying
