Description
  1. Mosaïq Ottawa Phase-2 Town Houses (Mosaïq2TH), located at 440, 450, 454 and 460 Booth Street, Ottawa, will consist of three blocks of stacked town houses and a small outbuilding block for some amenities and service space, collectively totaling 32 residential units.

  3. The buildings are designed to Passive House PHIUS standards.

  5. Ottawa Community Housing (the Owner or OCH) has engaged Hobin Architecture as the Architect and Prime Consultant (the Consultant) for this project
  6.  
  7. To deliver the construction, OCH requires the services of a qualified General Contractor (the Contractor).

  9. This Request for Tender (RFT) is issued by invitation only to the Prequalified Respondents (Stream 2)
