Description
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Coordinating Entity to prospective proponents to submit proposals for security relief services at St. Boniface Hospital as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The Coordinating Entity, as identified on the cover page, is issuing this RFP and administering the RFP process on behalf of the Purchaser(s) identified in Section B – Material Disclosures of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D).
St. Boniface Hospital requires security relief services on an as-required basis to provide coverage for internal security personnel.
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of the Purchaser to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for one (1) year.
Services are anticipated to start on June 1, 2024.
