    Description
    Manitoba Infrastructure of the Government of Manitoba is constructing an interchange on PTH 100 at PTH 3 (McGillivray Boulevard) which is a priority location for improvements as identified in the South Perimeter Highway Design Study (SPHDS). This project will be constructed using the Design-Build delivery model and includes the construction of:
    • An interchange on PTH 100 at PTH 3 (McGillivray Boulevard);
    • Reconstruction of PTH 100 and PTH 3 to align with the recommended alignment profile in the SPHDS;
    • Intersections at Road 53 NE and West Service Road;
    • Miscellaneous service road realignments and connections;
    • Reclamation of part of existing PTH 100 and PTH 3 roadway along with miscellaneous parcels.

    Manitoba Infrastructure intends to advertise a Request For Pre-Qualifications (RFPQ), to solicit submissions from prospective Design-Build Contractors.  Proponents shall be shortlisted to participate in the subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP). The lowest-priced compliant proponent to the RFP will be selected as the Design-Build Contractor, which is tentatively scheduled to be awarded in the first quarter of 2025. Details of the engagement process and submission requirements will be included in the RFPQ document at the time of advertisement.
