    As per the terms and conditions of the Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI), you are invited to submit a bid for the following project:

    DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project NRO2006_80002 – Construct Transition Centre Gagetown, 5 CDSB Gagetown, Oromocto, NB

    The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the general construction of a new
    Transition Centre to provide support to all CAF members, regular and reserve, in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. The project is located at CFB Gagetown, New Brunswick

    The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $10,734,500.00

    The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 540 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

    This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).

    The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) at the level of Reliability, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).  Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

    Inquiries relating to this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above.  Bidders who contact anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority to obtain clarifications during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
